Silent Hill O.C. monster (The Overseer)

BIO: "The Overseer" was created by "The Order" as a guardian of sorts, however he only protects the more higher ranking members of "The Order". Not much is known about its origins except by those who actually brought it to life. 

ABILITIES: "The Overseer" has the same strength and damage resistance as the Red Pyramid AKA Pyramid Head. However, unlike Red Pyramid, "The Overseer" is very fast and agile, able to leap great distances. It also has the ability of regeneration, it is known that it can regenerate its arms, legs, and torso, however its not known if it can regenerate it's head. 

WEAPONS: Meat hooks attached to rope or chain, and a curved hook-like sword.
